In the event of an incident, events are to be escalated to our CSIRT (computer security incident response team) which involves personnels from the Product, PR, Operations, Engineering, and Security teams etc.
Depending on specific requirements, we hope to notify our customers timely in the event of a breach within hours after we become aware of it, according to the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA)
