After creating a Certn Lime account, you'll have to enter your credit card information before you can order checks. You can either visit your dashboard and click Screen Applicant → Connect Payment Card, or you can visit Settings → Team Settings → Billing.
If EFT is preferred, please notify our team and we will provide you with the required information to set us up as a vendor with your financial institution.
As a Lime client, you will be billed each month on the payment method provided on file for all completed services. Be sure to update your accounting contact information from your Certn dashboard as the contact provided will be sent an invoice accompanied by a detailed CSV.

If you issue more than 50 checks annually, please reach out to us to discuss pricing options as you may be eligible for lower rates.
