Improved workflow for employment, education, and credential verification - Nov 1, 2023

Notice effective: November 1, 2023

Certn will now collect verification information (documentation) from applicants while simultaneously contacting institutions or employers unless otherwise specified by the client. This change applies to all verifications across the globe.

Why did we make this change? 

This new workflow will reduce the overall amount of outreach to applicants and institutions or employers. The communication flow will result in a better experience for clients and applicants.
