We use SAML Single Sign-On (SSO) along with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to ensure proper authorization and authentication for our systems. The use of MFA and SSO hardens perimeter security while simplifying authentication, and reduce the risk of password fatigue that may lead to weak passwords.
Our security team ensures that employees follow our Acceptable Use Policy and Password Policy.
For example, Certn employees are required to use sufficiently complex passwords as per our Password Policy.
Role-based access controls are in place to restrict access to Certn and data, i.e. employees can only access those systems that are required for them to fulfil their job duties.
