Overview
The integration between Fountain and Certn makes it easy to complete both your job application and background checks in a single, seamless process.
This guide is intended for use by individuals who are applying for a job through Fountain when the job requires a background check from Certn.
When you start your application, you will proceed through a series of screens that depend on what type of information the employer needs. For each job application plus background check you are asked to submit personal information that is required by the employer and required for your background check. This may include, but is not limited to, your full name, date of birth, previous convictions (if any), employment history and/or references, and education. You can track your progress through your application on the right hand side.
At some point in this process you will be asked if you are ready to start your background check with Certn. Certn's background checks are integrated with Fountain in such a way that you never have to leave Fountain's application process.
Proceed through the background check screens, and when you reach the end of the background check stage, you can review your information for accuracy prior to submitting to Certn.
Complete the rest of the application as required by the employer and submit!
