Certn will perform critical maintenance that will impact performance for all clients on July 30th, from 6 a.m. – 12 p.m. PT. The purpose of this scheduled maintenance is to promote greater security, performance, scalability, and future-proofing across our web and API servers.
Scope of maintenance
Clients looking to access [domain].certn.co and candidates attempting to complete background checks will experience interruptions. These interruptions will temporarily cease the movement of all checks across Certn, making the [domain].certn.co unreachable. Additional behaviour includes the inability to log into the Certn portal, rejected API calls, and stuck checks.

Return of services
Services will resume no later than 12 p.m. PT on July 30th. No action is necessary from clients or candidates with the exception of refreshing any pages that may have been left open at the time of maintenance.
