Steps to identify your platform
Step 1: Log in to your previously accessed account.
To quickly identify your Certn platform, simply follow this link: https://client.certn.co/ca/login. It will redirect you to the platform you last accessed. Once you're logged in, you can refer to the details in steps 2 and 3 to confirm which platform you're using.
Step 2: Check the URL
The next best way to identify your Certn platform is by checking the website address (URL) where you log in.
If you're uncertain about where to find your URL, simply look for your welcome email in your inbox.
Certn Legacy
- If you log in at https://app.certn.co, you're using Certn Legacy.
- Note: You might also see a custom subdomain with your company name in place of “app” (e.g. company.certn.co)
CertnCentric
- If you log in at https://client.certn.co, you're using CertnCentric.
Certn’s Core Dashboard
- If you log in at https://client.app.credence.co.uk/, you're using Certn’s Core dashbord.
- This platform was for former Credence customers.
InterCheck
- If you log in at https://secure.intercheck.com.au/pce/login you’re using InterCheck a Certn company.
- This platform is used by Certn’s APAC clients who use the InterCheck platform.
Step 3: Compare the Dashboard Layout
Certn Legacy
- Once you have logged in you will be automatically directed to the main application page: https://app.certn.co/hr/applications
- Top navigation bar with Applications and Packages tabs.

CertnCentric
- Left-hand navigation bar with Home, Tasks, and Settings tabs.
- A New order button in the upper-right corner.
- View the interactive demo for more insights into the CertnCentric platform.
Certn’s Core Dashboard
- Top left navigation bar for cases with tab options such as: Awaiting Data Entry, Awaiting Consent and In-Progress .
- Right hand Hamburger menu icon
- A New Case + button in the upper-left corner.
- Contact information is located on the bottom bar.
InterCheck
- Once logged in you will be directed to the Business Portal page, https://secure.intercheck.com.au/business/home
