If we need additional documents to confirm your past or current employment as part of our Employment Verification Check, a member of the Certn verifications team will contact you. This can happen when we cannot verify your employment directly with your employer.
If you have received an email from us requesting documents, please follow the exact steps in that email. This will ensure your documents are sent to the right place and in the correct format.

- W-2 (for U.S. employment)

Offer letter or employment contract — must be accompanied by one of the other documents listed above.
Tips for sending your documents
- Make sure all information is clear and readable in the file you send.
- Include your full name, the employer’s name, and employment dates when possible.
- Only send documents that match the employer and time period we are verifying.
