Certn-Greenhouse Integration Setup

Overview

The integration between Greenhouse and Certn makes it easy to do background checks and verifications.

Setup

1. Create an API Key: After you created your account with Certn, navigate to your team settings (top right icon > Settings -> Team Settings). Select the "API keys" section from the panel on the left and select "Add API Key". Once this API Key has been generated, save it somewhere safe.
2. Open a ticket with Greenhouse by visiting support.greenhouse.io/hc/en-us. Interact with the chat until you have an option to "Contact Support". Fill out the details as follows:
   

   Subject: Greenhouse-Certn Integration Description: I would like to initiate my Greenhouse-Certn Integration. I have my API key ready. Please respond with a SendSafely link so that I can supply my API Key. Thank you! Product: Greenhouse Recruiting Issue Type: Product Question > Greenhouse Recruiting > Partner Integrations Note: Do not send the API key in this initial form.

3. The Greenhouse Support Team will respond with a SendSafely link where you can enter your API key. Once this is done, the Greenhouse Support Team will enable your integration, and you will receive a confirmation email from them.

   Note: The Greenhouse Support Team may request a Support Verification Code to verify your identity before adding the API key to your organization's account.
