Review your order
The review step of the order process gives you the opportunity to see a preview of the email applicants will receive as well as an order summary.
The order summary details the cost of each check, the cost per applicant being sent the checks, and the subtotal cost in your account’s currency.
Cancel an order
Self-Serve Check Cancellation allows client Admins and Managers to cancel a submitted background check directly from the Client Cases page. All case actions can be accessed by clicking on the 3 dots on each Case row.
The applicant receives an email notification confirming their background check has been cancelled. The check status is set to Cancelled in the Applicant Portal. The applicant can no longer open or edit their application. Any previously sent invite link routes to a cancellation status page instead of an active application.
