There are various reasons that you may want to replace a reference after you submitted your background check application. For example, perhaps your reference is on vacation, or you may have just found out that they have a new phone number or email address.
To update an existing reference, use the templates below to email us at support@certn.co or use our support chat1 to provide us with this information. Please use the same email address you used for your original background check application.
For a new employer reference at the same workplace (or new tenancy reference at the same address):
