This section explains how to enable your camera in Safari on MacOS.
When our web application requests access to your camera, a prompt appears automatically. Select Allow to enable your camera.
If you selected Don't Allow, reload the page so that the prompt appears again.
If you selected Never for this website, follow these steps:
- Open Safari's Preferences. To do so, open the Safari menu and then select Preferences.
- In Preferences, select the Websites tab, and then select the Camera tab to see a list of currently open websites.
- Next to the entry that contains certn.co, select the drop-down list and choose Allow.
- Return to Safari and reload the page so that the prompt appears again.
iOS
This section explains how to enable your camera in Safari on iOS.

If you selected Cancel, reload the page so that the prompt appears again.

- Select the 'X' on the Blocked Temporarily tag to remove it.
