I forgot my password
If you can’t sign in because you forgot your password, you can use the Forgot your password link on the Certn login page:
When you click the link, you’ll be prompted to enter your email. Follow the instructions in the email you receive to regain access to your account.
If you didn’t receive an email in your inbox, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.
I signed up, but now I can't log in
If you created an account recently but are now unable to access it, it’s possible that we were not able to finish credentialing your account. Account credentialing is a process that we complete for all new accounts. Sometimes, we need to request additional information from you to complete this process. If we don’t hear back, you may no longer be able to log in.
