How to order a bundle
To order a US Criminal bundle, start a new order and choose the desired bundle from the Select checks page.
You can also add a bundle to a saved package for faster ordering in the future, along with any additional checks you frequently use.
Once the bundle is selected, you’ll need the candidate’s email address to send the application.
How bundled checks are processed
Although bundled together for convenience, each check in a US Criminal bundle runs independently. The case is only considered fully complete once all checks in the bundle have finished processing.
If one or more checks are still in progress, a placeholder message will appear in the completed check sections, indicating that the full report is not yet available. This message is automatically removed when all checks are returned.
Important: It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws when applying the results of this check.
Turnaround time
Turnaround times vary depending on the checks included:
- SSN Trace, NCRIM, US National Sex Offender Registry*, Global Watchlists and Sanctions: Typically completed within minutes.
- US County Criminal Court Record checks: Vary by jurisdiction; some counties may take a few days due to manual record retrieval.
- US Federal Criminal Court Record Check: Typically completed within 1 to 3 business days.
*Some US National Sex Offender Registry checks may require manual review, which can take up to 24 hours. To learn more check out our US Sex National Offender Registry checks help article.
Completed checks will be displayed individually in the report as the results become available.
