When a questionnaire is complete, you can view the results from CertnCentric by selecting Cases from the navigation menu and then selecting the relevant case. Report information is populated as the checks in the case are completed.

Explanation of results

When you order a questionnaire, there are two possible check results: 

• Review: A questionnaire is given the Review result if any of the following statements are true: 
  • tenant has a pet, 
  • a parking/vehicle is required, 
  • an eviction is declared, 
  • a rent refusal is declared, 
  • a bankruptcy is declared, 
  • a co-applicant is included, 
  • a cosigner/guarantor is included, 
  • no income/unemployed is listed as income source/type, or
  • any document upload prompts are included in the questionnaire.

Clear: A questionnaire is given the Clear result if none of the statements triggering a Review score are true. 

Next steps

Once a questionnaire has a check result of Review or Clear the check is complete. Review the check results from CertnCentric by selecting Cases from the navigation menu and then selecting the relevant case.
