As you are an existing customer if you have any changes to take place on your profile, adding new units, adding users, forgetting passwords as well as adding or amending any SLA’s - the Support team is equipped to help and advise in these areas, meaning that the query is logged, turn around time are monitored.
In the cases where a Customer Success manager is assigned to your account, they can additionally help with the above actions however please be sure to write to uk-support@certn.co with them in copy.
