How to Check for Case Updates in the Certn UK Client Portal – Certn

To view updates on a particular case, please log onto the portal where you can find the status and enquiry log of the particular case, which is kept up-to-date by an analyst.

Findings and Status Updates

This shows an overview of the elements of the case. In this area you can check the status of each element of the case and whether there are any alerts and view the enquiry log.

Alerts: these are indicated by the red, yellow, and green triangles. A green triangle indicates the check is all clear, a yellow triangle indicates a minor alert, and a red triangle indicates a major alert. If the alert is either yellow or red details of the reason for the alert will be listed under the “Alert details” heading.

If there is a note in the enquiry log the icon to the right of the alerts will be coloured in green. Clicking on this icon will show you notes left directly by the analyst with regards to this check.
