Opening your new Dashboard
1. The user dashboard is a feature that allows you to see details of all your cases under one page. This will open automatically every time you log into the system. If you do not want the dashboard to open every time you log in, you can toggle this off by going into the ‘My Details’ section and unticking ‘Show dashboard at login’ as shown below.
2. You can manually open your dashboard at any time by clicking the dashboard icon which will be displayed on the top right-hand side of the portal.
3. Once opened, you will be able to view your dashboard. This will show you live information on all your cases:
4. Displayed first are two pie-charts showing both your Live and Active cases.
Live Cases are all created cases collated by their status.
Active Cases are cases that are currently in-progress with an assigned Analyst. The performance graph to the right shows you an overview of activity in the current and previous three months, and both created and completed cases against the average turnaround time.
5. The data boxes below show you the number of cases completed in the previous month, current month, and in the past 30 days. This area also shows the average case turnaround time for each period.
6. Lastly, the Recently Completed Cases section displays your five most recently completed cases. You can click on any of these cases to quickly navigate to the case file for more information:
