Learning a new platform can be disruptive, even when the change is for the better. We want to make this transition as smooth as possible for you.
- Review the CertnCentric Interactive Demo to get comfortable with your new platform and refer to our Help Centre as needed.
- Review the getting started video to get familiar with the new platform and refer to our Help Centre as needed.
- Log in to the platform and reset your password by selecting “Forgot Password”
- Explore the platform.
- Add your first checks when you’re ready. Here’s a guide to help you get started.
All of your accounts, users, SLAs (now called bundles) will already be available on your new platform.
Any new cases will need to be ordered through CertnCentric. Your access to your previous platform will change to read-only.
You’ll still have access to the previous platform to view information and complete any in-progress cases, but you won’t be able to place new orders there. This access will remain for the minimum amount of months required to maintain audit reporting.
