There is a current service delay for some Certn Motor Vehicle Records/Driver's Abstract checks as Ontario MVRs are currently unavailable for all providers. You may experience a slower-than-usual turnaround for ongoing checks until further notice. The ability for clients and applicants to submit checks hasn't been impacted by this delay.
Our team is working diligently to restore services back to expected turnaround times as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
