This section explains how to interpret the background check statuses shown in PageUp.
Overall Status
| PageUp Overall Status | Description |
| New | The case has been ordered in CertnCentric and the applicant invited. |
| In Progress | The case is active and in progress (e.g. Applicant opened, Applicant started, Case In Progress, Client action required, Applicant action required, In Dispute). |
| Queued | Not supported |
| Failed | The case creation has failed in CertnCentric. Please review the error message in PageUp. |
| Cancelled | The case has been cancelled. |
| Expired | The candidate did not respond within the timeframe set by your organisation |
| Complete | The case is completed and the reports can be viewed. |
Check Status Meanings
| PageUp Check Status | Description |
| Pass | This status is shown when the Certn Centric check score are Complete Clear : No match found , Verified , No Results found , and Negative
Note: For compliance reasons, this status does not apply for Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Checks (NCCHC). |
| Fail | Not Supported

| Review | This status is shown when the Certn Centric check score are 1. Complete Review : Not verified,Review,Partially verified,Discrepancy,Positive,Unable to verify,Unable to complete, Results found
2. Reject
(not to be used for NCCHC due to compliance purposes. A result found for NCCHC is to marked as Completed)
