This article explains how to order additional checks for a candidate after you've already submitted the request for a package of checks.
Note: Only applications for which partial or complete results have been received can be upgraded.
From the Applications page:
- Click on the action button of the candidate for whom you want to request additional checks
and select Upgrade Application. - In the next screen, select the additional checks and click Upgrade Application.
From the candidate's report:
- Click on the green button labelled Actions from the buttons in the top right corner and select Upgrade Application.
- In the next screen, select the additional checks and click Upgrade Application.
